Our Policy is simple. We allow 14 days from the receipt date to exchange/ receive store credit (store gift card or CommentSold account credit) for all Regular priced items as long as items are unworn, unwashed and all original tags must be attached, and you have proof of receipt.
ALL SALE ITEMS, MASKS, HATS & JEWELRY ARE FINAL and no store credit or exchanges will be given for these items. Shoes must be returned in original, undamaged box.

Home Decor Returns
We thoroughly inspect all items before packaging and shipping to insure you are getting a quality product. If any items arrive damaged, lost in the mail, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier as we will not refund or exchange broken or lost items. We have insurance on every package for this purpose. Keep all packing materials including the box, bubble, paper, or mailer to file a claim with the mail carrier. **All sales are final on home decor items.**
